ROLE PURPOSE
To assist the Clinical Education department with administrative support.
Tasks may include (not exclusively)
Assist the Education team with general administrative support
Scanning and filing of documents
Updating information on IT systems
Transcribing handwritten documents to Word
How we will support you
We can offer you a ‘taster’ session in order for you to see what volunteering for us will be like. Once you decide you wish to continue in your role, we will ensure you are shown how to carry out each of the tasks and are fully trained in the jobs you do with guidance from the maintenance team. We will ensure that you familiarise yourself and comply with the Health and Safety Policy, Fire Procedure, Manual Handling, GDPR and any other training where appropriate.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Good computer literacy skills
You are willing, friendly and able to work as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Physical ability to fulfil the requirements of the role including safe moving and manual handling
As a volunteer you will never be made to do any tasks that you are uncomfortable with, we rely heavily on the kindness and generosity of our volunteers and want them to feel happy in the role. Full training will be given and there is always help and support on hand if you need it.
